I'm learning about the "Seven Pillars of Health. "
I'm told WATER is the MOST IMPORTANT element.
I admit, unlike so many people I see with water bottle ever present, I have not been a fan of the stuff. So, my first steps are adding water to my day.

Know what?

I've just started and already my body is rewarding me.

Well, it's a start, right?
